Terms and conditions:
I declare that:
- The information I have given on this form is true and complete for this contract to be legal and valid.
- I am 18 years and over.
- The Smallholders Club is not transferrable.
- There may be an annual increase at the discretion of the practice. We will write to you in advance of this.
- Please note that if your Smallholders Club membership is cancelled before the minimum mebership of six months (date of signature), a cancellation fee will be charged, any goods received under the Smallholders Club will be payable immediately less any payments made.
- I am aware that certain products if requested specifically may attract a surcharge.
- All products included in the annual subscription must be taken within the annual payment period. Products cannot be carried forward to the next annual year.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to utilise the package to its full value.
- Payments will be taken by separate monthly Direct Debits.
- I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Smallholders Club.
Direct Debit Guarantee
Banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit instructions for some types of account. This guarantee should be retained by payer.
- This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
- If there are any changes to the amounts or date of frequency of your direct debit, Rutland Veterinary Centre Ltd will notify you within 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Rutland Veterinary Centre Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Rutland Veterinary Centre Ltd or your bank and building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society – if you receive a refund you aren’t entitled to, you must pay it back when Rutland Veterinary Centre Ltd asks you to.
- You may cancel your Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
